Dr. Tina Anderson is a co-founder and president of Anderson & Ward Specialized Leadership Coaching.  She combines an ability to connect with her clients on a personal level with strong analytical and research skills.  She is an expert in neurodevelopmental functions and helps clients understand how they learn and process information.  Using this information, she can support them in leveraging their strengths to overcome weaknesses and achieve optimal success in their organizations.

BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Dr. Anderson has worked with school administrators, local and federal law enforcement officers, attorneys, and CEOs in making career changes or advancements in their current organizations.  She has also supported bright, creative individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and dyslexia at all levels of management and leadership to achieve their highest potential in the workplace. Dr. Anderson is skilled in collaboration and conflict resolution and assists organizations working through challenging situations to achieve successful results. Dr. Anderson has a special education background with a B.S.Ed. from the University of Georgia, a M.Ed. from Augusta State University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia.  She has postdoctoral training in Instructional Coaching from the University of Kansas, Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, Specialized Reading Instruction from University of California Berkeley, and Clinical Assessment and Management of Differences in Learning from The School of Medicine at University of North
